Jason Daley here,
I wanted to share a little bit about My wife and I and how we got into Real Estate and why that makes us qualified to assist You with your Real Estate Needs.
I guess you could say I started my Real Estate Career at a young age, my mother was a Real Estate Agent for John L. Scott in Redmond, WA back in the early 80’s. As kids my sister and I would hang out at her office, and go to houses with her sometimes (times were different back then). My Father was a Builder and I spent MANY of summers hanging out with Dad at the construction sites “Helping Out” building homes (more like building toys with Dad’s tools and construction scraps, although we did get some extra allowance for helping clean the job-site, dig ditches and things like that). As a teenager I would work some side jobs with my friends dad who was a Finish Carpenter, hanging doors, doing trim, installing cabinets… I even did a few odd Roofing jobs (NOT FUN!!!) So Real Estate knowledge and love run deep within my blood.
I then met my future wife, Laura, in 1999. She owned a small 3 bedroom, 1 bath (like 800 sq. foot, including the 1 car garage) home built in 1942. She had already started to Rehab the home when I met her. We lived in the home, and completely remodeled the home together. we sold it in 2002 after 9-11, and the property went down in value considerably from pre 9-11 prices in the area, but we still turned a nice profit.
We then bought a 1/2 acre piece of property in Marysville, WA, and designed (yes we actually drew the plans by hand) and built (did most of the work ourselves too) our first home.

We did a pretty cool (I thought) idea on the inside to open the home up more. We created a Glass Railing that went all the way up the stairs and along the “Open To Below” area upstairs, using safety glass trimmed in stained Cedar.

While living in this house, we were looking for our next piece of property to build another home on, and that’s when it happened. We lost our dream property (5 acres on a small Private Lake, with a big shop with living quarters above it) where we could have lived in the house/shop and built our dream home on the lake. We lost the property because a Real Estate agent didn’t know how to do their job, and lied to us. We then vowed never to let that happen to us again or anyone we worked with, thus officially started my Real Estate Career in October 2004. My wife joined me a few months later. We both hung our licenses at Keller Williams Realty Marysville.
And the rest is history. Well not quite…
We continued on our Real Estate careers helping clients and doing Investment properties along the way. Here’s an example of one we did, that turned out really nice. What you can’t see in the before pictures is the needles, blood and urine stains and all the trash that was removed from the druggie transients that were living in this place before we bought it, NASTY!!!
We both then went through extensive Real Estate Investment training, that took us all over the west coast, which eventually landed us living in Mapleton Utah working with a local Real Estate Investor finding Investment Properties.
Later I moved on to help my wife “Officially” start her Real Estate Transaction Coordination business (she was always my Transaction Coordinator in WA while buying and selling homes and for some Realtors we knew locally). So Web TCS ( The word “Web”, because we are web based, and “TCS”, which stands for Transaction Coordination Services) was created in 2008. Laura is licensed with Keller Williams in WA, and Utah and provides Transaction Services for agents in Washington and Utah. She is now settled in to her brand new office in the new Keller Williams Westfield Real Estate office in Orem, Utah.
Which leaves me now available to build my Real Estate Career here in Utah. So I am helping Utah County home buyers and sellers with their Real Estate needs. As well as keeping an eye out for those irresistible Real Estate Investments in Utah and abroad.
So check out my websites that I built to assist You and other Utah County Residents with all Your Real Estate needs.
Thanks For Stopping By,
Jason Daley
